Dominic Woodson to leave Vermont Academy

According to Adam Zagoria of ZagsBlog.com, Vermont Academy 2013 power forward, Dominic Woodson has decided to transfer to Huntington Prep in West Virginia.

The 6-foot-9 Woodson established himself as a big-time prospect this season and was even considered the best player in New England heading into this season.

By late June it was clear he would not return and now the Texas native heads to a school that has produced several NBA players.

For Vermont, they return Jamel Artis and Daquein McNeil, as well as adding Dimitri Floras into the mix.

Woodson holds offers from Baylor, Cincinnati, Michigan, Michigan State, and Oklahoma, to go along with interest from UConn, Texas, and TCU.
