Peter Miller has committed to Princeton

Tuesday afternoon, Northfield Mount Hermon 2013 center, Peter Miller made his decision as he committed Princeton, according to Middlesex Magic head coach Michael Crotty.
"After final discussions with his family he decided that he did not want to prolong the process, and he called coach Mitch Henderson to give his verbal commitment today," said Crotty via e-mail.
Miller, a well-rounded big man, should fit right in with the Princeton style of play. He is active defensively and has the ability to block shots, while being able to stretch the floor and make passes on the offensive side.
The 6-foot-10 senior chose Princeton over other Ivy League schools such as Brown and Yale. Some Patriot League schools were interested him and even a few A-10 teams (Fordham and St. Bonaventure) had Miller on their radar.
"In my conversations with Peter, Princeton had come to the forefront, and in a lengthy discussion yesterday he talked about how exciting the prospect of becoming a Tiger was to him," said Crotty.
Miller joins shooting guard Steven Cook (New Tier/Winnetka, Ill.) as the first two members of the Princeton 2013 recruiting class.
