The Wilbraham & Monson frontcourt of Goodluck Okonoboh, Djery Baptiste, and Kerem Kanter have made a crucial impact on the Titans play this season.
While their presence down low has been big for WMA, 2013 wing Kamali Bey has been able to play well early in the season. The senior added 19 points in the Titans' 74-35 win over Williston Northampton on Wednesday.
The 6-foot-3 Bey has been able to play at the wing more this season, a place he feels is his more natural position. Bey did a solid job of attacking the basket all night against Williston, getting to the lane and finishing, or slashing to the basket with some nice reserve layups, avoiding blocks.
More importantly, Bey says he feels 100 perecent, as opposed to last season when he was returning from a leg injury.
Bey said after the game Bryant, Miami (OH) and Eastern Illinois are all in the mix at this point, yet no decision is close to being made.
